Please note that the items you purchased can be added to your account within 24 hours of the purchase. It is also recommended that you restart the SnB Polo Pro app.
If after 24 hours the items are not added to your account, please write an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please attach a screenshot of your Apple bill. The bill is sent to your email box upon successful payment. You can also verify all payments by following these instructions:
1. Go to Settings on your device.
2. Select your ID and select Multimedia and Purchases.
3. Find Purchase History.
4. Find the payment and select Total Amount
